At The Plant Family, every plant is carefully selected, inspected, and packaged with love. Because we work with live plants, all sales are considered final β however, weβre always here to help if something isnβt right.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the plant and packaging so we can make it right.
Local Delivery Orders
Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, it is considered complete. We are not responsible for damage caused by weather, pets, or improper care after delivery.
Shipping Orders
Plants may experience minor cosmetic imperfections during transit. This is normal and does not qualify for a refund. However, if your plant arrives severely damaged, please reach out within 24 hours with photos.
Refunds (if approved)
If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed promptly. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
