Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Days
To protect your plants from sitting in transit over the weekend, we ship orders Monday–Wednesday only.

Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers and select the best option based on your location and order size.

Weather & Transit Conditions
Live plants are sensitive to extreme temperatures. We may delay shipping during severe weather to protect your order. Optional heat packs may be available during colder months.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, The Plant Family is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please monitor your tracking and bring your plants inside as soon as possible after delivery.

Shipping Damage
Minor cosmetic damage can occur during transit and is normal. If your plant arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the plant and packaging so we can assist.
